Tai Chi in Middletown

Please join us at our Middletown location for a Qi Gong with Bill every Tuesday at 1:45pm. Qi Gong is a gentle mind-body practice that can improve physical, emotional, and cognitive health.

A 2023 peer-reviewed article published in the Cancers journal (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/36831519) stated “For cancer-related fatigue, overall quality of life, and cognitive impairment, Qigong showed convincing evidence of a significant effect.”
