Cancer Support Community Delaware (CSCDE) is announcing our annual Dickie DiSabatino Golf & Tennis Classic! To be held on Monday, July 20th, 2026 at Bidermann Golf Course and Vicmead Hunt Club, this event is our largest annual fundraiser. This would not be possible without the help of founder and namesake Richard “Dickie” P. DiSabatino, Sr., who first became involved with CSCDE when his wife Barbara was diagnosed with cancer. Dickie’s inaugural golf outing in 1995, mind for business, and gracious heart were vital to the official opening of CSCDE facilities in Wilmington, DE in 1996.
Fondly known as “The Dickie”, the outing includes a day of golf or tennis, fellowship and fun. Upon arrival guests enjoy a delicious lunch followed by an 18-hole shamble. Golfers can test their skills at various contests including: Putting, Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin.
