What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is “yogic sleep”, a form of meditation and a deep relaxation technique. In Yoga Nidra the mind, body and spirit come to the border between waking and deep sleeping states of the mind. This helps restore the body, senses and mind to its natural function and allows you to connect with your inner-self thru this healing subconscious awakening. 

How will this class be practiced?
This class will be by conference call. You will be at home. The class will be led by Certified Yoga Instructor, Tracy Lea-Dorsey. After a short period of stretching, you will lie in savasana, the relaxation pose at the end of yoga class, on your couch or yoga mat. Tracy’s voice will guide you through this peaceful, restorative relaxation technique.
