No writing or art experience is needed for this guided form of journaling, which will allow you to combine your words with visual art to create an expressive journal. This guided form of journaling and art focuses on Emotions and Feelings rather than detailing events, thoughts, or reactions to circumstances. This group is in-person in the Sussex County Office.
