Join us for an 8-week evidence-based course designed to build resilience, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being through mindfulness meditation, gentle movement, and practical tools for everyday life. Participants report greater ease, improved coping, reduced physical symptoms, increased presence, compassion in daily life, and improved ability to manage life stressors.
The course is led by William McCracken, LCSW, a Certified MBSR Teacher through the UMass Center for Mindfulness, and a qualified MBCT instructor through Brown University. With 30 years of experience in mindfulness, meditation, Taiji, and Qi Gong, William also teaches regularly for Brown and Mindful Leader.
