Sound Meditation with Liana

Join us at 1pm as Liana, of Simply Sound Vibrations, leads us through an in-person sound bath experience. The therapeutic application of sound, using both sound and vibration introduced into the body at varying frequencies, creates a soothing effect on the mind and spirit.
