Instructed by Jessica (the instructor of our popular Facebook Live Tai Chi Sessions), this program is a fun and informative workshop designed for everyone from the exercise novice to the full-blown gym person. Participants will learn 5 simple and essential movement patterns that must be included in any high-quality workout. They will also learn how easy it can be to get and stay fit with little or no equipment no matter where you are.
